Delete Your MyBallRep Account

MyBallRep respects your right to control your personal data. You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your MyBallRep account, follow these steps:

Send an email to our support team at: support@myballrep.com
Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
Include in your email:
- The email address associated with your MyBallRep account
- Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete

Anonymized Usage Analytics (Aggregate statistics, no personal identifiers)	Retained in Anonymized Form	Indefinitely (cannot be linked to you)

Important Notes

This action is permanent: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. All your bowling data, equipment information, and AI coaching history will be permanently removed.
Active subscriptions: If you have an active Pro or Extra Plan subscription, please cancel it through the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) before requesting account deletion. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions.
Refunds: Account deletion does not entitle you to a refund for active subscriptions or unused AI boosts. Please review our refund policy in the app's Terms of Service.
Processing time: We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
Legal retention: Some data (purchase receipts) must be retained for 7 years to comply with tax laws and Apple/Google Play Store policies. This data is securely stored and only used for legal/accounting purposes.
